Common errors found on the database forms

1. Head of the household fails to give details of his date of birth, profession and qualification. This is because his name already appears on the address label.

2. Instead of year of birth for every family member, in some cases members are giving actual date and month but not the year. We are only interested in the year of birth to get an idea of the age profile within the community.
